Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) inlay and a card including the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply apply to mass production and prevent damage of an IC chip or a joint between the IC chip and an antenna as high pressure and high temperature are not applied. CONSTITUTION: An antenna layer(100) includes hardware and an antenna. An IC chip(210) is connected with the antenna layer and is projected to an upper of the antenna layer. A photo-hardening resin layer(230) covers a protrusion of the IC chip. A support layer(300) covers the photo-hardening resin layer. A cover layer(400) covers the support layer. The support layer uses light transmission material.
