DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A NON-STICK COOKING SURFACE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for cleaning surfaces of cohesionless cooking utensils are provided to prevent generation of scratches on a cohesionless coated surface of a fluoropolymer by a smooth plastic material of a scrubber head even though the scrubber head touches surfaces of cohesionless cooking utensils. CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning surfaces of cohesionless cooking utensils comprises a handle unit(30), a plastic scrubber head, and a plurality of joining members. The plastic scrubber head comprises a base and the ductile outer circumference(20). The ductile circumference extended at least 2cm from the base comprises an inclined end potion. The joining member selectively joins the handle unit to the plastic scrubber head in order to exchange the scrubber head by selectively removing the scrubber head.
