Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for recycling waste rubber of latex material is provided not to use recycle oil, but to use a small amount masticating peptizers thereby capable of omitting measuring time, and capable of regenerating in short time, reducing production cost, and remarkably improving environment-friendly problem due to bad small, etc. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling waste rubber of latex material comprises a step of manufacturing rubber power by crushing waste rubber products to 50-2 mesh; a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing a masticating peptizer; a step of putting the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, and conducting desulfurization through 2-4 stress shear zones which are a first period at 150-200°C for 1-1.5 minutes, a second period at 180-250°C for 2-3 minutes, and a third period at 150-200°C for 1-1.5 minutes in order, and a step of cooling the desulfurized rubber.
