Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An electric motor and a compressor therewith are provided to control the deformation of a rotor by arranging multiple permanent magnets to be separated from each other. CONSTITUTION: An electric motor comprises a stator and a rotor(160). The rotor is arranged to be rotatable to the stator. The rotor comprises a rotary shaft(171), a rotor core(161), multiple conductor bars, and multiple permanent magnets(185). The rotor core is coupled to the rotary shaft. The conductor bars are inserted into the rotor core. The permanent magnets are inserted into the rotor core in an axial direction and arranged to be separated from each other.
