Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a solar cell is provided to increase a charge collection rate by maximizing an energy-level difference in a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A crystal silicon substrate of a first conductivity type is prepared. A first semiconductor layer(202) of a second conductive type is formed on an upper portion of the substrate. Texturing is performed so that an uneven portion is formed on the upper portion of the substrate. A second semiconductor layer(203) of the second conductive type whose concentration is lower than that of the first semiconductor layer is formed on a lower portion of the first semiconductor layer. A third semiconductor layer(204) of the second conductive type whose concentration is lower than that of the second semiconductor layer is formed on the lower portion of the second semiconductor layer. |
