WATER IONIZER AND STERILIZING MATHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A water ionizer and a method for sterilizing the same are provided to wash an internal flow path by hygienically using the water ionizer by circulating alkali water to obtain strong alkali water. CONSTITUTION: A water ionizer(100) includes a filtering part(110), a water purifying part(120), an electrolyzing bath(130), and a flow path circulating part. The water purifying part is in connection with the filtering part. The water purifying part includes an internal flow path. The water purifying part stores water purified through the filtering part or supplies the purified water. The electrolyzing bath electrolyzes water from the filtering part or the water purifying part and separates the purified water into acid water or alkali water. The flow path circulating part generates strong alkali water by circulating the alkali water from the electrolyzing bath. The flow path circulating part includes a flow path converting valve(140) and a circulating pump. The alkali water is supplied to the water purifying part by converting the flow path of the flow converting valve. The circulating pump is installed between the electrolyzing bath and the flow converting valve.
