Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A lost terminal confirming method using a wireless LAN and a method thereof are provided to connect a lost terminal registering server through a wireless LAN. CONSTITUTION: A lost terminal registering server(200) registers terminal information about a lost terminal. A wireless LAN module is installed in a terminal(100). The terminal operates the wireless LAN module. The terminal is connected to the lost terminal registering server through the wireless LAN. The terminal confirms whether the terminal is registered as the lost terminal in the lost terminal registering server.
