Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to prevent contraction of a reflective sheet due to local heating. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(150) supplies light to a liquid crystal panel(110). A light guide plate(130) guides light incident from a light source to the liquid crystal panel. A panel guide(140) supports the liquid crystal panel. An optical sheet(120) is arranged on the light guide plate. An opening(163) is formed on an upper edge portion of a reflective sheet(160). A reflective sheet guide pin(175) is formed on a lower surface of a lower cover(170).
