CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode(120) is located on a first substrate(110) and includes a first electrode(121), a light emitting layer(123), and a second electrode(124). A pad unit(130) is electrically connected to the organic light emitting diode and is located on the edge of the first substrate. An inorganic protection layer(140) is located on the organic light emitting diode to protect the organic light emitting diode. A second substrate(160) faces the first substrate.
