Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An immobilizing method for glucose isomerase through pretreatment is provided to maintain enzyme activity. CONSTITUTION: An immobilizing method for glucose isomerase by covalent bond comprises a step of reacting the glucose isomerase with monosaccharides before immobilization. The monosaccharides are pentose or hexose. The concentration of the monosaccharide is 0.5-3.0 M. The immorbilization is performed at 15°C-25°C for 6-30 hours.
