Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A terahertz wave trans-receiving module, and an apparatus including thereof are provided to effectively applying the voltage for improving the heat radiation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz wave trans-receiving module comprises the following: a photo mixer chip(10) including an active layer(14), antennas, and electrode pads; a lens(20) located on the upper side of the photo mixer chip; a circuit board(30) including solder balls(34) connected to the electrode pads under the photo mixer chip facing the lens; and a package surrounding the lower surface and the side surface of the circuit board, and emitting heat generated from the active layer to outside.
