Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A circuit protecting device and a capacitance checking and voltage monitoring circuit are provided to monitor the charging state and voltage level of a plurality of capacitors. CONSTITUTION: Capacitors(210,212) are connected to a plasma gun through communication. A monitoring circuit is connected to the capacitor through communication, measures the charging characteristic of the capacitor, and determines the charging state of the capacitor based on the measured charging characteristic.
