Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A foldable and expandable storage tray assembly of vehicles is provided to effectively utilize an installation space while a housing body unit is folded in one or two stages. CONSTITUTION: A foldable and expandable storage tray assembly of vehicles comprises a housing body unit(10), a frame(20), and a knob unit. The housing body unit comprises a storage space. The frame is integrally coupled to an upper end of the housing body unit. The frame comprises one stage fixture(31), and two stage fixture(32). The knob unit comprises a knob and straps. The straps are connected to the floor of the housing body unit. The knob is supported to the frame while the straps are integrally connected. When pulling the knob, the straps fold the housing body unit. If the knob is fixed to the one stage fixture, the housing body unit is folded in one stage. If the knob is fixed to the two stage fixture, the housing body unit is folded in two stage.
