OIL SEPERATING APPARATUS OF FOOD WASTE SLUDGE

PURPOSE: An oil component separating apparatus for food waste sludge is provided to maximize the oil component separating efficiency of the apparatus by reacting microbubbles with the food waste sludge in the apparatus for a sufficient period of time. CONSTITUTION: An oil component separating apparatus for food waste sludge includes an inner container(114), an outer container(120), a discharging pipe(121), and an introducing pipe(131). The inner container includes an opened bottom side and contains microbubbles and food waste sludge. The outer container is spaced apart from the outer wall of the inner container and contains the inner container. The opened bottom side of the outer container is under the opened bottom side of the inner container. Supernatant generated in a space between the inner container and the outer container is discharged as circulating water(109). The introducing pipe mixes compressed air with the circulating water. Microbubble-containing circulating water is introduced to the perpendicular direction of the inner container with pre-treated food waste sludge.
