Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to maximize light generation efficiency by minimizing the width of a finger bar to increase a light receiving area on the surface of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(10) including a base region(11), a front emitter region(12), and a rear emitter region(13) is prepared. A contact hole(15) passes through the front and the rear of the substrate. A base electrode(30) is formed in the rear of the substrate to contact with the base region of the substrate. A rear emitter electrode(40) and a front emitter electrode(20) are formed in the contact hole to contact with the conductive materials.
