Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: An organic solar cell module using a metal based multilayer thin film transparent electrode and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase light transmissivity by locating transparent thin film materials with an insulation or semiconductor property on the upper and lower sides of the metal thin film layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(200) is formed on a substrate(100). The first electrode includes a first transparent thin film layer(210), a metal thin film layer(220), and a second transparent thin film layer(230). The first transparent thin film layer transmits light inputted through the substrate to a photoelectric conversion layer(300). The photoelectric conversion layer is formed on the second transparent thin film layer. A patterned second electrode(400) is formed on the photoelectric conversion layer. |
