Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An electric motor and a terminal coupling method thereof are provided to prevent malfunction of the electric motor by controlling a shrink phenomenon of a terminal strip due to high heat. CONSTITUTION: A terminal strip is combined with an electric motor body. A spacer(170) is placed between the terminal strip and the bottom of a terminal holding unit. The spacer comprises a body(171) and an extension unit(173) extended comparing to the body. A motor terminal(140) comprises a lead wire connection unit(145) and a contact piece(141) contacting with a power source terminal(150). The power source terminal comprises a contact piece(151) and a power source cable connection unit(155).
