Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A car accident providing system and a method thereof are provided to transmit accident information to a control center server through a vehicle, thereby rapidly handling a car accident. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(103) is attached on a facility or a vehicle(101). The sensor creates accident information. A vehicle processor(105) is included inside the facility or the vehicle. The vehicle processor transmits the accident information to a rear vehicle(107). The vehicle processor transmits the accident information to a vehicle(109) in an opposite direction. A relay processor(115) is included inside a relay device(113). The relay processor acquires the accident information for the vehicle in the opposite direction or the vehicle processor.
