Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A dead-time generating circuit is provided to generate a fixed dead time by eliminating errors due to the imperfect discharge of a capacitor in a monostable configuration. CONSTITUTION: An NOR gate(110) outputs NOR values about a first input of a periodic pulse signal and a second input of fed-back signals in a dead time pulse to an output terminal connected to a capacitor. A power supply unit(120) supplies an electric charge necessary for charging the capacitor. A discharge control unit(130) operates a discharge unit(140) according to the change of a periodic pulse signal for a designated time period. A comparison unit(150) is connected to a first node and the middle of the output terminal in the dead-time generating circuit. The comparison unit outputs the dead time pulse to the output terminal by comparing a preset reference voltage with a first node voltage. The comparison unit includes a comparator outputting the dead time pulse to the output terminal.
