Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A complex separating membrane for separating hydrogen gas and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to compensate the brittleness of a separating membrane and to improve hydrogen permeating characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A complex separating membrane for separating hydrogen gas is based on TiN and metals. The metals are cobalt or nickel. A method for manufacturing the complex separating membrane includes the following: TiN powder and metal powder are mixed to obtained mixed powder; the mixed powder is milled using a high energy milling unit; the milled powder is pre-molded in the form of a disk based on a cold isostatic pressing operation; the pre-molded product undergoes a hot isostatic pressing operation to obtain the complex separating membrane; and the surface of the complex separating membrane is treated to adjust the thickness of the complex separating membrane.
