Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An operating method for bottom bubbling of molten steel is provided to improve the efficiency of stirring molten steel by minimizing a stagnation region in a flow field. CONSTITUTION: An operating method for bottom bubbling of molten steel is as follows. Stirring gas flows is drawn at a low flow rate successively into one or more of bottom bubbling plugs. The bottom bubbling plugs include first to third bottom blowing plugs, wherein the stirring gas is drawn at a low flow rate into one of the bottom blowing plugs while being drawn at the same flow rate to the rest.
