Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing low-nitrogen molten steel is provided to exclude a degassing process when making low-nitrogen steel by controlling the concentration of nitrogen in molten steel in an electric furnace to 300 ppm or less. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing low-nitrogen molten steel comprises the steps of: putting carbon-based sub materials and an iron material into an electric furnace, melting the iron material while blowing a mixed gas of oxygen and LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas), heating the molten iron.
