Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A spine protector is provided to protect the waist and spine of a user and to reduce the load applied to the shoulder. CONSTITUTION: A spine protector comprises an arm receiver(110), a breast receiver(120), and a table support unit(130). The arm receiver is combined with the table. One side of the arm receiver receives the arm of a user and the other one side thereof is combined with the breast receiver. The breast receiver comprises a horizontal bar and a height adjusting unit. The horizontal bar passes through the breast receiver and is combined with a first side protrusion and a second side protrusion. The table support unit is formed in a staple shape.
