Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An LED driving device is provided to improve power factor through a simple circuit of non-insulating type and to diminish the number of components which are used. CONSTITUTION: A light-emitting unit(40) comprises one or more LEDs. A rectifier(10) rectifies an AC voltage applied from an external power source. A power supply unit(30) supplies a drive power source to the light-emitting unit. The power supply unit comprises an inductor(L) connected with an output terminal of the light-emitting unit. A switch control unit(20) creates a reference voltage which is proportional to the AC voltage outputted from the rectifier. A switch(Q1) is connected with the switch control unit and controls the drive power source inputted in the light emitting unit.
