Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for forming a dynamic user centric trust relationship is provided to form trust relationships between services under the Internet and form a dynamic trust relationship that requests of a user are reflected. CONSTITUTION: An IDP server(200) receives trust information to be used for verifying dynamic trust relationship from a user who accesses the Internet. The IDP server receives a request for forming a dynamic trust relationship with a specific SP(Service Provider) server(120) from the user. The specific SP server receives the trust information from the user which accesses the Internet. The IDP server and the specific SP server mutually authenticate each other about whether the IDP server and the specific SP server have the trust information. The IDP server and the specific SP server form a dynamic trust relationship.
