Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A silicon solar cell which has super high efficiency and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency by laminating a thin film laminated body on the upper surface of a silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: A surface texturing process is performed on a silicon substrate(100). The silicon substrate forms a P-N junction. A rear electrode(110) is formed on the rear side of the silicon substrate. A thin film laminated body(120) is formed on the upper surface of the silicon substrate. A front electrode(130) is formed on the upper surface of the thin film laminated body.
