Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for managing a query tree for processing a query in a data stream system is provided to configure a query tree for processing a query, thereby effectively managing the query tree. CONSTITUTION: When a new query is added, a query tree corresponding to the new query is configured(420). The new query tree is compared with an existing query tree. It is determined whether the same queue and the same operator exist(430). When the same queue and the same operator exist, the new query is merged with the existing query tree to overlap the same queue with the same operator(440,450).
