Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A lightning arrester degradation diagnosis system and a method thereof are provided to process measured results using software by arranging a main system and a sub system on different places. CONSTITUTION: A main system(100) measures a leakage current flowing through a lightning arrester or operating voltage received by the lightning arrester using a measurement part(101). A sub system(110) measures the leakage current flowing through the lightning arrester or the operating voltage using a measurement part(111) by being arranged separate from the main system. The main system and the sub system include wireless communications modules(104,114). The sub system transmits a lightning arrester degradation diagnosis synchronous signal to the main system in order to measure the leakage current or the operating voltage at the same measurement time point as the main system.
