Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A hard coating film, a polarizing plate, and a display device including the same are provided to have excellent transmittance as well as high hardness and low haze so that a hard coating film is applied to a polarizing plate and a display device. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating film is made of a transparent base material and a hard coating composite. The hard coating composite is formed at least on one side of the transparent base material and has refractive index of 1.25-1.40. A thickness of the hard coating layer is 2-10 micrometer. The reflectivity of the hard coating layer is 1.6-3.0.
