Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A data reproducing method and a device thereof are provided to store and use information necessary for immediately reproducing media data, thereby reproducing the media data with a delay. CONSTITUTION: A first signal is for marking a desired reproduction location in media data. The first signal is received(S710). An image frame in the media data is decoded. If an image frame of the reproduction location or an image frame after the reproduction location refer to the decoded image frame, the decoded image frame is stored(S720). If a second signal for requesting reproduction of the media data is received from the reproduction location, the media data is reproduced using the reproduction information(S740).
