CONSTITUTION: A website level assigning module(101) establishes website levels according to advertisement expenses providing rankings based on company information. An publicity object providing module(102) differentiates publicity objects of each company according to the established web site levels. A display module(104) displays the publicity objects. A memory unit(103) stores applications in order to activate each operation.
