Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A cooling device and a water supply device using the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by manufacturing a cooling case for cooling a Peltier element using a synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device comprises a heat transfer body(9), a thermoelectric conversion element(4), and a cooling case(8). One end of the heat transfer body is exposed to the outside a storage tank. The thermoelectric conversion element is installed on one end of the heat transfer body. The cooling case receives the thermoelectric conversion element therein and cools the radiation surface of the thermoelectric conversion element.
