Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A clock sharing portable terminal of a heterogeneous wireless communication modem and method thereof are provided to share clocks between a first wireless communication modem and a second wireless communication modem by using a switch controlling pin. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(32) creates a switching signal in order to change a first wireless communication network into a second wireless communication network. A switch unit(33) transmits the reference clock of the first wireless communication modem to the second wireless communication modem. The control unit recognizes the second wireless communication modem which receives the reference clock. A communication unit(31) is connected with the second wireless communication network corresponding to the second wireless communication modem.
