Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A circulation delaying diversity based power allocation apparatus is provided to solve an SNR(Signal to Noise Raito) loss problem of a reception end unit by using fading effects in SISO-OFDM(Single-Input Single-Output Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) based wireless communication environment. CONSTITUTION: A circulation shift register(310) creates a copy of a transmission signal. The circulation shift register respectively applies sample delay values of other values according to M-paths in order to skip a parallel processing step. The number of the circulation shift register is formed the same as the number of the route. The route generates a signal corresponding to a circulation delaying step. A sample adder(330) constitutes one transmission signal by adding the transmission signal to the divided transmission signal.
