COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS AND SLEEPING WATER MASK USING INTENSIVE WITENING ZANTHOXYLUMCOMPOSITE

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition and a slipping water mask using Zanthoxylum piperitum is provided to ensure antioxidation and whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with antioxidation and whitening effect contains intensive whitening zanthoxylum composite as an active ingredient. The composite is prepared by collecting, freeze-drying, and pulverizing Zanthoxylum piperitum leaves, dipping in organic solvent at 10-50°C for 1-30 days, centrifuging, collecting supernatant, filtering, concentrating at 10-80°C, collecting Zanthoxylum schinifolium S. et Z. leaves, and extracting in a same way. The composition further contains arbutin as an active ingredient. The organic solvent includes methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, or mixture thereof.
