Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A desk having a cushion pad is provided to reduce inconvenience of use by pivoting the pad when the pad is not in use. CONSTITUTION: A desk having a cushion pad comprises a desk body(130) and a cushion pad block(180). In the desk body, a groove is formed. The cushion pad block includes a rotating body having a first protrusion which is pivotally combined with the desk and second protrusions which are combined with the desk body, and a cushion pad which is formed in the side of the rotating body. The rotating body is equipped with a first hanging groove and a second hanging groove.
