Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An air conditioner of a vehicle seat improves cooling or heating efficiency through circulating the cooled or heated air supplied to inside of a seat. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner of a vehicle seat comprises a seat, an air conditioner(20), a supply duct(21), an exhaust port(22). A seat comprises a mesh layer(14) including space in which the air being able to stay. The air conditioner makes the cooled or heated air for supplying to the mesh layer of the seat. The supply duct supplies the cooled or heated air made from the air conditioner to the mesh layer of a seat. The exhaust port connects the mesh layer and outside of the seat in order to discharge the cooled or heated air supplied to the mesh layer through supply duct.
