Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A foldable individual moving apparatus and a small-sized vehicle using the same are provided to improve convenience of storage and transportation by configuring a boarding part, in which a rear wheel is installed, to be folded toward a body part including a handle and a front wheel. CONSTITUTION: A foldable individual moving apparatus comprises a body part(100), a connecting frame(200), and a boarding part(300). The body part comprises a front wheel(120) and a handle(130). The connecting frame is turnably connected to the body part and is folded upward to the body part. The boarding part is turnably connected to the connecting frame and is folded downward to the connecting frame. A rear wheel is installed in a rear wheel(330).
