BREAK DOWN MILL FOR H-BEAM

PURPOSE: A rolling mill for rolling an H-beam is provided to improve the quality of an H-beam by preventing the bending of the front end of a rolled material caused by uneven linear velocities of upper and lower rolling rolls. CONSTITUTION: A rolling mill for rolling an H-beam comprises upper and lower rolling rolls(10,20), a rolling stand(30), first and second guide supports(40,50), and an upper guide member(60). A material is rolled by passing through between the upper and lower rolling rolls that are rotatably installed on the rolling stand. The first guide support is arranged in front of the lower rolling roll at the entrance of the upper and lower rolling rolls and guides a rolled material to the entrance by supporting the underside of the rolled material. The second guide support is arranged in the rear of the lower rolling roll at the exit of the upper and lower rolling rolls and guides the discharge of the rolled material by supporting the underside of the rolled material. The upper guide member is arranged separate from the upside of the second guide support at the exit of the upper and lower rolling rolls and guides the discharge of the rolled material by supporting the upside of the rolled material.
