Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A display device is provided to expose a display panel to a front side and to couple a guide frame which is coupled with a rear set cover through an adhesive member. CONSTITUTION: An upper-end guide frame(200) is coupled with a rear set cover(100). A lower-end guide frame(700) is coupled with the rear set cover. A first coupling member(500) couples the upper-end guide frame with a panel(300). A second adhesive member couples the lower-end guide frame with the panel. A lower finishing material(600) is coupled with the lower-end guide frame.
