CONSTITUTION: A clock with a planner function has a board plate(200) coupled on the front side of the block body(100). The board plate comprises a recording unit(210), a minute display unit(230), and time display unit(220). The recording unit is formed on the front side of the board to record, correct, and delete daily schedule. The minute display unit is formed along the edge of the recording unit.
