Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A heating treatment apparatus is provided to diminish air volume passing through a flow return path and to reduce heat loss. CONSTITUTION: A heating treatment apparatus(1A) includes a flow return path(5) and catalyst(6). The flow return path is formed from a positive pressure part of the blower(33) to a negative pressure part. It shortly crosses an air conditioning unit(23). The catalyst is installed in the position of the air conditioning unit where a heater(32) is installed. The catalyst analyzes a sublimate generating in heat-treating of materials.
