CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor material(502) has a first surface(504) and a second surface(506). A first doping area is extended from a first part of the first surface to a first part of the semiconductor material. A second doping area is extended from a second part of the first surface to a second part of the semiconductor material. Electric conductors are arranged with a radial array. The electric conductors have a first end and a second end.
