Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A control apparatus for raising deep seawater is provided to get low temperature deep seawater in large quantities by raising the deep seawater to near the sea surface at high speed without pump power. CONSTITUTION: A control apparatus for raising deep seawater(100) includes a storage tank(20), a fixing pipe(30), a lifting pipe(40), and a lifting control unit. The storage tank is installed in a marine structure to separate with seawater. The lower end of the storage tank is located under the sea surface to accommodate deep seawater in a housing space to the sea surface. The fixing pipe is fixed in the lower end of the storage tank to communicate with the housing space. The lower end of the fixing pipe is separately installed from the seabed to flow in the deep seawater. The lifting pipe is arranged in the upper end of the fixing pipe to be lifted. The lifting pipe controls raised velocity of the deep seawater through the fixing pipe and inflow rate flowed into the housing space according to pressure differences with the sea surface due to lifted.
