Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An exercise prescription and exercise management system are provided to store personal data for exercise by providing customized exercise methods to a user. CONSTITUTION: A biometric terminal(200) stores and measures a bio-signal. A smart phone(100) wirelessly receives biometric information measured by the biometric terminal. The smart phone selects an exercise method. An aerobic exercise apparatus(300) is operated by the prescribed exercise method. The aerobic exercise apparatus transmits exercise information to the smart phone. The smart phone calculates exercise quantity by using the exercise information.
