Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A blood filter is provided to minimize the damage of erythrocyte and to be used for a leukocyte eliminating filter device by securing the optical critical wetting surface tension(CWST) of non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A blood filter includes non-woven fabric. The CWST of the non-woven fabric is between 63 and 120 dyne/cm. The maximum pore size of the non-woven fabric is between 15 and 30um. The average pore size of the non-woven fabric is between 7 and 15um. The integrated density of the non-woven fabric is between 0.10 and 0.17 g/mm^3. The non-woven fabric includes short staple. The average diameter of the short staple is between 1 and 5um. The diameter variation coefficient(CV%) of the short staple is less than or equal to 30%. The non-woven fabric is 10ppm or less of antimony trioxide. The non-woven fabric includes polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate.
