Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd having various shapes using a PVA molding frame is provided to mold the bean curd without using a brine filtering net. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd having various shapes using a PVA molding frame comprises the following steps: inserting the hardened bean curd into the PVA(sponge) molding frame; and mounting a weight over the molding frame for 15 minutes for discharging the moisture from the bean curd.
