Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A method for robust expansion of umbilical cord blood derived-pluripotent stem cell expressing znf281 is provided to extend cell growth time by culturing in a container including fibronectin and be used for incurable disease treatment. CONSTITUTION: A stem cell culturing medium includes 1-40nanogram/ml of IGF-I, 1-5 ng/ml of VEGF, EGM-2 which 20-25microgram/ml of heparin is added, or SNU-1 culture medium, fetal bovine serum (FBS), 1-40ng/ml of bFGF, 0.1-5.0microgram/ml of ascorbic acid, 1-40nanogram/ml of EGF, and 0.1-1microgram/ml of hydrocortisone. The fetal bovine serum(FBS) is 20%. The stem cell is an adult stem cell. The stem cell is umbilical cord blood derived-pluripotent stem cell expressing znf281. The stem cell propagating method comprises a step of multiplying stemness by sphere culturing or three dimensional culturing (MEF)mouse embryonic fibroblast cell.
