Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An LED wafer picker is provided to reduce defects by preventing a guide member from contacting with the upper side of an LED wafer. CONSTITUTION: Air supplied to the upper side of a picker body(10) is discharged to both sides of the picker body along a discharge surface(11) with a streamline shape. The picker body absorbs an LED wafer. A guide member(20) is arranged on the lower side of the discharge surface and moves air along the discharge surface. A central hole is formed in the center of the guide member and corresponds to the discharge surface. A support unit(30) supports the LED wafer.
