CONSTITUTION: An electric connection unit(3) is inserted into a socket. A top case(5) is installed under the electric connection unit. LED modules(131,151) are installed in an lamp body(10). A bottom case(7) is made of plastic or glass to receive the lamp body. A substrate is comprised of one plate to surround the outer side of a heat sink.
